Welcome to GLOSS’D Garage LLC. By accessing or using our website (https://www.glossdgarage.com) or booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

1. Services Offered

GLOSS’D Garage LLC provides professional auto detailing services from our private garage-based studio located in Mokena, Illinois. Services are available by appointment only and include interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other customized treatments.

2. Appointments & Rescheduling

To ensure smooth operations and proper inventory management, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment reschedules or cancellations. We do not currently charge a cancellation fee or require deposits, but repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to book future services.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of vehicle pick-up, after services are completed. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash (preferred)

• Zelle

• Venmo

• Credit Cards (subject to a 4% processing fee)

4. Non-Payment & Disputes

In the event that payment is not received at pick-up, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle until the balance is paid in full. For credit card payments, if a charge is disputed without valid cause, we will provide service documentation and may pursue recovery through collection procedures or legal action if necessary.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for scheduled appointments

• Removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle prior to drop-off

• Providing accurate vehicle details and contact information when booking

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items left inside the vehicle.

6. Service Limitations

Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and previous care of the vehicle. While we strive for excellence, some stains, odors, or imperfections may not be fully correctable. We will always communicate realistic expectations before starting service.

7. Liability

We are fully insured and handle every vehicle with care. However, GLOSS’D Garage LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, or wear and tear that may become apparent during or after the detailing process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, service descriptions, and photos—is the property of GLOSS’D Garage LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.

9. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: unsafe or unsanitary vehicles, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
